Returns Policy

For Personalised Gift Items:

As all personalised gift items are made to order, we shall only give a replacement or refund if the item has been received in a damaged condition through the postal system. Claims must be made within 14 days of order date. We do require the item to be returned to us in case the courier concerned wishes to view this. Any costs you incur for returning the faulty item shall be refunded to you.

 

For Non-Personalised Gift Items:

If you're unhappy with any aspect of your chosen gift item, we shall exchange or refund this within 14 days of purchase excluding postage/carriage costs. If you receive the item damaged in the post, then the purchase price and the postage shall be refunded. You will need to return the item to us to enable any refund transactions to take place.
