Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us, therefore if you are unhappy with your chosen gift item, we shall refund or
exchange this within 14 days of purchase excluding postage/carriage costs. If you receive the item damaged in
transit, then the purchase price and your postage shall be refunded. In both cases, you shall need to return the
item to us for the refund/exchange process to take place.
Please Note: in the case of Personalised Gifts (where the item has been personalised
to suit your requirements), we shall only refund or replace these if you receive the goods damaged in transit as these are
made specifically to order.
